Abstract

Surau Village, located in Muara Jaya District, Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency, possesses rich natural resources and local cultural potential. However, its utilization within the creative economy sector remains sub-optimal, as most of the community still relies on traditional livelihoods with relatively low economic added value. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to enhance the capacity and skills of the Surau Village community in processing local potential into market-value creative economy products, as well as expanding market reach through digital marketing strategies. The implementation method encompassed several stages: socialization, product manufacturing skills training, packaging and branding mentoring, and digital marketing training utilizing social media and marketplaces. The results of this activity demonstrated a significant 62.36% increase in community knowledge and skills, the establishment of new local business groups (KUB), and the creation of superior village creative products with commercially viable packaging. This initiative successfully created opportunities for additional income generation and fostered economic self-reliance in Surau Village.
